WE rented a 38' Sports Coach, 8-2-17 / 8-8-17. We were in rain 4 of our 7 day rental and the coach leaked through the front and rear A/C units when parked and on the road.

The rear bed was soaked and main area leaking so bad you could not use the pull out couch. We took videos and when we returned the coach gave them a list of problems as well as the videos. We asked for a call that day from the owner (Darrell) to discuss, called back again next day and the following days sent 2 emails, no call from him, we were totally ignored. The coach had other issues as well, it should not have been rented.

Great way to run a business! I could not recommend Share My Coach based on their customer service.

Beware!!! I have many videos, be glad to share!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $600.

Preferred solution: Please send a check for 3 days of the rental .

I didn't like: Owner unwilling to communicate or discuss.

Be really, really glad you only rented that P.O.S.

I've read a LOT of comments on this site from folks with brand new, terribly defective $70,000 + equipment ; bought and paid for.

Now forget that idea you had about buying your own ... I've always thought that if it's too remote for Conrad Hilton it's too remote for me ...
